Quantum health staff About Us

At QUANTUM Health Solutions, we believe life-changing medical treatments and therapies are limited only by our ability to understand the root cause of a health issue. As a team, we encompass a dynamic and scientifically-based expertise model, designed to help improve patients’ lives and we have set a new standard for the medical community.

“I Listen, You Assist”
— 90% of the information that is needed to help you comes from you

I emphasize collaboration— from planning treatments (complete with realistic options) and disease prevention, to reduction of health risks with the goal of optimum health. Over the past 10 years, I have honed my skills and the art of listening to you. Tell me how you feel, what impact it is having on your life and why you don’t feel like “you”. If you already feel great, I want to make sure we take steps to keep you feeling that way.

I develop plans and provide options – using my expertise coupled with your needs we make a treatment plan that makes sense to you, doesn’t interfere with your day-to-day life, and a plan with which you want to follow through.

I am persistent – I am willing to think “outside the medical text book”, learn new things, collaborate with other medical professionals and keep working with you until we find an answer. If you are not feeling well and an answer as to why is not easily found, I will keep searching… this is a key personality attribute of mine that has largely created my reputation for tenacity and has served to grow my practice. The greatest form of flattery is a referral.

Dr. Joseph Silvernail, DC

I have been long recognized and applauded for my results-oriented approach that DOES NOT require a series of x-rays in order for you to be seen and treated with my Chiropractic services. With each patient, I utilize my expertise and extensive knowledge in physical therapy, dry needling, and nutrition/lifestyle criteria as part of every maintenance plan following each treatment. I treat patients of all ages, and am trained to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders and the effects these disorders have on general health.

My skills enable me to recognize when other specific medical conditions exist and Chiropractic care may complement or support medical treatment by relieving the musculoskeletal aspects associated with the condition. I readily refer patients to an appropriate health care provider when Chiropractic care is not suitable for the patient’s condition, or the condition warrants co-management in conjunction with other members of the health care team.

  • Treatment of difficult conditions that have yet to responded to other options.
  • Additional treatment modalities such as dry needling, soft tissue, kinesio tape, exercise therapy and custom orthotics.
  • Expertise in conservative treatment options in lieu of surgical intervention.
  • Extensive training in treatment relative to motor vehicle accidents.
  • Sports medicine background in athletic injury treatment.

“Every Patient is Unique”

Known for my compassion and listening skills, I customize my patient’s treatment to specific needs and concerns. I treat patients of all ages, but specialize in sports medicine and total joint replacements. I diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders and will refer back to an appropriate medical doctor when a diagnosis does not match signs and symptoms.

I believe that more than one type of medical provider may be necessary to restore patients back to a pain free lifestyle. I work closely with a medical team who I will refer if a multi-disciplinary treatment approach is warranted or if a different medical provider may provide more appropriate treatment. Every patient is unique and as such every treatment plan is customized to the needs of that patient.

  • Treatment of athletic/sports injuries in the recreational or competitive athlete and the weekend warrior.
  • Treatment of women in all stages of pregnancy.
  • Treatment of total joint and orthopedic and spinal surgeries.
  • Additional treatment modalities such as iontophoresis, soft tissue mobilization, kinesio taping, exercise therapy and patient education.
  • Background in orthopedic conditions and ergonomic assessments.

“Each person has different needs”
— I implement unique solutions based on your personal goals

Each person has different needs, I implement unique solutions based on your personal goals, not protocols based on average results or generalized research populations.

I am your partner in healing, “If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

I am passionate about finding the most effective methods to return you to your desired activities, even if I am not included in that plan. Sometimes knowing when, and who, to ask for help can make the difference in the progress that can be achieved.

  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Orthopedic manual therapy
  • Sports physical therapy
  • Integrative therapeutic and performance exercise
  • Dry needling, myofascial system interventions, taping strategies

Samantha Hall, Licensed Massage Therapist

As a massage therapist since 2014, I enjoy assisting patients on a multiplicity of issues which often relate to dealing with the source of a pain and then working to provide the needed relief. While there are a variety of methods used in pain management, in-office massage therapy often yields instantaneous results.

My expertise lies in the arena of identifying trigger points, severe muscle spasms which are common pain generators, to alleviate the source of the pain. My methodology combines deep tissue massage and Swedish Massage to work the deeper muscles and to relax a patient once those deeper muscles have been addressed.

I am adamant about responding appropriately to patient requests relative to pressure, especially when an extremely tender spot is at issue.

  • MASSAGE EXPERTISE: Skill regarding joint and muscle pain management
  • MULTIPLE MODALITIES: Neuromuscular Deep tissue, Swedish, Myofacial release,
  • PATIENT DIRECTED: Each patient establishes their desired pressure level.
